All drawings, designs, and documents created by us remain our intellectual property until full payment is received.
Clients may not reproduce, distribute, or modify our work without prior written consent.
We are not liable for municipal delays, rejected applications, or changes in regulatory requirements.
We are not responsible for errors or omissions resulting from inaccurate information provided by the client.
We do not assume liability for construction issues arising after plan approval.
We respect your privacy and confidentiality regarding project details.
Client data will only be shared when necessary for municipal submissions or legal requirements.
We reserve the right to terminate services if a client:
Provides false or misleading information.
Fails to make payments as agreed.
Engages in misconduct, harassment, or unlawful activities.
The client may terminate services with written notice, subject to payment for completed work.
